The General Administration of Projects and Technical affairs prepares the contracts of University various projects. The main task of the management is to process documents, review and audit the contract draft and discuss them with the second party (the executive party) as well as with relevant authorities in the University after they are finally worded. Being signed, copies of such contracts will be sent to relevant authorities inside and outside the university according to conventional requirements of administrative a financial system. There are three types of contracts:
a) Contracts for the implementation of projects.
b) Contracts for the supply of spare parts and equipment.
c) Contracts for maintenance and operation.
