الخبرات

I gained several laboratory skills during my undergraduate studies, including DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, and gel electrophoresis. During my Master’s degree, I developed further skills such as growing plants in a greenhouse, preparing and inoculating liquid bacterial cultures, making LB agar plates with antibiotics, preparing glycerol and antibiotic stock solutions, and infiltrating Nicotiana benthamiana plants with Agrobacterium or plasmids. I also gained experience using advanced imaging systems, including the Zeiss LSM 710 and LSM 880 confocal microscopes, as well as high-speed confocal imaging. In addition, I used several software tools for image and data analysis, such as Huygens Professional (SVI), Classical Maximum Likelihood Estimation (CLME), Velocity (PerkinElmer), ImageJ, GraphPad Prism 7, and SOAX. During my PhD, I gained extensive experience with Arabidopsis thaliana, genotyping T-DNA mutant lines, performing PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis, handling chemical treatments such as FB1 and Alternariol, using plant peptides (PSK, flg22, PSY1, RGF7), and conducting multiple cell-death assays, including MTT, ion leakage, chlorophyll quantification, and trypan blue staining. I also carried out RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and primer design using Primer-BLAST, and completed a wide range of laboratory experiments with careful documentation and proper biological replicates.
