The President of Najran University, Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Khudairi, affirmed that the university is moving steadily toward solidifying its position as a developmental educational institution by integrating with its economic and social surroundings and leveraging its academic and research resources to support development paths in the region.

In his remarks on the sidelines of the Najran Investment Forum, the university president explained that the institution is guided by a strategic vision that recognizes higher education is no longer confined to classrooms, but has become a key driver in creating solutions, building partnerships, and empowering national talents. He noted that the university has made tangible progress in this direction through academic programs aligned with labor market needs, consulting studies offered by its research centers, and its adoption of pioneering projects in innovation and entrepreneurship.

He added that the university is deeply committed to its pivotal role as a developmental university that contributes to community service and the national economy not only through education and scientific research, but also through its integration with the developmental environment and provision of knowledge-based and advisory solutions across various sectors. Positioned in a promising region, the university is working to activate its resources to support development projects, empower talents, and actively contribute to building a diversified and sustainable economy in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

It is worth noting that the university participated in the Najran Investment Forum as a knowledge partner, by supervising the scientific content of sessions and workshops, and organizing a dedicated pavilion in the accompanying exhibition to showcase its leading initiatives, investment opportunities, and research outcomes.
