The Deanship of Digital Transformation and Knowledge Resources, represented by the administration of E-Learning and Distance Education, participated in the exhibition measuring job engagement, “Because You Are the Foundation,” which aims to know the extent of employee engagement with their employers, and the improvement and development of the work environment.
The management pavilion included a detailed presentation of all the services it provides to university employees, including an introduction to the administration and its most important objectives, the training and exams center and its reservation mechanism, in addition to a review of strategic partnerships that reflect positively on employee loyalty and engagement, the opportunities provided by the NUx electronic training platform, and how to employ the Blackboard system. To support non-study people to contribute to achieving the goals of the educational process, and the multiple technical support channels and their impact on effective and continuous communication. On the sidelines of this, the administration made it possible to register for training courses on the NUx platform for visitors to the exhibition, in order to ensure professional development and human capacity development.
The administration of E-Learning and Distance Education seeks to contribute to providing a stimulating and supportive work environment, which is considered one of the possibilities for raising productivity to achieve the university’s strategic goals.
