The Najran University Council, in its seventh session, which was held on the first Wednesday of March, approved the intellectual property document for e-learning. The document included provisions for protecting intellectual property for digital content, publishing policy in e-learning, and the use policy for the e-learning management system for students and faculty members, in addition to the academic integrity policy in e-learning, by specifying the principles of academic integrity, forms of violation thereof, and disciplinary procedures for fraud and plagiarism. .
This document comes out of keenness to have a clear policy that supports the development of e-learning by controlling and governing the practices of the e-learning system at the university.
