Tasks of monitoring the regularity of employees - Najran

  • Conducting field monitoring tours during the official working hours on female employees – Najran.
  • Conducting field monitoring tours during the outside official working hours on female employees – Najran.
  • Sending electronic preparation messages to university employees by proving the fingerprint by mobile.
  • Follow up the daily attendance of university employees through the system and raise notes.
  • Follow up the adoption of monthly absences with the assistants of department managers.
  • Follow up the adoption of monthly shortening hours with the assistance of department managers.
  • Checking and reviewing the statements of absences and monthly default hours after being approved by the college administration.
  • Raising accountability for female employees who are not present at their desks during their work.
  • Responding to any inquiries of the college employees in terms of attendance and departure system.
  • Uploading the lists of female employees who have stopped working for (30) separate days or (15) consecutive days.
  • Definition of fingerprints of new employees.
  • Member of the Standing Committee to consider violations of female employees.
  • Meet the representative of the Control and Investigation Authority and provide him with the required absence data.
