Organic Chemistry
my research concerned on synthesis and characterization of small heterocyclic molecules containing ?-amino acid moieties and their biological applications as antimicrobial and as inhibitors for enzymes. In addition, as a new research trend, synthesis of denderimers containing s-triazine and ?-amino acid moieties and their pharmaceutical application as anticancer drug-nanocarriers.

Scientific research

Recent research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of small, heterocyclic molecules containing alpha-amino acid groups and their biological applications as antimicrobials and enzyme inhibitors. My research, as a novel approach, has focused on the synthesis of dendrimers containing S-triazine and alpha-amino acid groups and their pharmaceutical applications as nanocarriers for anticancer drugs.

My doctoral dissertation, titled "Preparation of Bioactive Peptide Derivatives via Solution and Solid-Phase Synthesis," addresses:

• Design of small molecules containing both a triazine core and amino acids.

• Preparation of bioactive peptides via solution and solid-phase synthesis.

• Biological evaluation of these various systems. - Master's Thesis Title: (Studies on the Reactions of Some Substituted Phenyl Halides with S Nucleophiles), which addresses the study of some sulfur compounds from the following perspectives:

• Preparation and characterization of the structure using spectroscopic techniques (monohydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance, tricarbon nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, and infrared spectroscopy).

• Structural studies of some sulfur compounds based on spectroscopic data.

• Electron-effect mass spectrometry studies.

• Kinetic studies of some S nucleophile reactions. • Establishing quantitative relationships between structure and reactivity (such as Hammett and Br?nsted correlations) to determine the effects of substituents on the reaction rates of these compounds.

• Finally, determining the transition state structure and studying the reaction mechanism.
