1. Prepare the annual operational plan for the Academic Advising Unit and continuously monitor the implementation of the plan’s projects.
  2. Develop the academic advising plan for the program and supervise its implementation.
  3. Assign newly admitted students to faculty members.
  4. Supervise orientation and guidance programs for new students to introduce them to the study system and examinations.
  5. Identify high-achieving and struggling students and provide appropriate support and guidance.
  6. Monitor reports submitted by academic advisors and submit a detailed report to the College Council for approval.
  7. Promote and strengthen the culture of academic advising among program staff.
  8. Identify and provide academic advising programs and services that enhance students’ academic performance and address their social challenges.
  9. Prepare follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including an improvement plan for the following year.
