Visitor Policy - Policies and Procedures
Visitor Policy:
Unaccompanied visitors pose a significant security threat to the Digital Transformation Agency.
Upon arrival at the agency building, visitors must present valid identification cards and sign the visitor log. All items are subject to inspection. The entry and exit of laptops must be recorded.
The reception staff will contact the concerned employee to notify them of the visitor's presence. Entry will not be permitted until the employee approves the visit.
Visitors must provide their ID to the receptionist and sign the visitor log.
Visitors must be accompanied at all times. Always monitor visitors closely. Small devices can be used to capture images or store large volumes of sensitive data. If you need to leave, ensure another person takes responsibility for monitoring the visitor. Frequent visitors must not receive special treatment.
Visitors must wear their visitor ID badge visibly at all times for identification purposes.
Visitors are not allowed to access the university’s private network without an official authorization from the Information Security Department.
Visitors (or anyone else) are not allowed to borrow or use your personal access badge.
Wandering into restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
Visits must be limited to official working hours. If a visitor needs to arrive early or stay late, the Information Security Department must be notified, and all escort procedures must be followed.
Report any suspicious activity immediately to the building’s security or the Industrial Security Department.
