Objectives of the Planning and Follow-up Office

• Design executive plans for the college's academic units and activities, and design implementation models, technical support, and follow-up for them.
• Provide the necessary technical support regarding the mechanisms for implementing executive plans for the college's academic units and activities.
• Monitor the achievement of performance indicators for the college's strategic objectives (objectives of executive plans and academic activities).
• Submit periodic reports to the college deanship regarding the achievement rates of the college’s executive plan outcomes.
• Coordinate with academic departments regarding quality assurance procedures for the college's programs (bachelor's, graduate studies).
• Participate in preparing the college's annual report.
