Najran University is delighted to count you among its students and ambassadors representing your countries at our institution, located in the southern region of our beloved nation, an area rich in historical and natural treasures. The university has made rapid and proactive strides in achieving significant accomplishments across various domains. These efforts have contributed to our institution earning advanced positions in numerous global rankings, particularly for the quality of our services, which have been highly prioritized by our wise leadership in order to elevate the standard of our educational outcomes. We have been keen to create an enticing educational environment at the university, making it a target destination for international students. To this end, the university has harnessed all available resources to improve its educational process, including the provision of state-of-the-art equipment and learning tools that serve students throughout their educational journey. Thanks to the university’s substantial support and resources, Najran University has become a global educational destination, attracting nearly 400 students from 44 countries, with whom we share their educational journey towards fulfilling their ambitions. about the university
The University Esatablishment: The custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, may Allah bless him, issued a royal decree of establishing Najran University on Shawaal 10th,1427A.H. during the inauguration ceremony of the University campus.
The University Location: Najran University is located on the Eastern outskirts of the city of Najran, with an area of 18 million square meters, thus becoming the largest University campus all over the Kingdom. The University will include two campuses for males and females. It consist of 15 and 10 colleges for males and females respectively, with an overall capacity of 45 thousand students. The university will also have a medical city, a research center, a sport and entertainment arenas and accommodation for the faculty and staff members as well as students. There will also be a future investment city to serve as a trust foundation for the university. The investment will include, not exclusively, hotels, commercial centers and private schools.
Sport Stadium
The new university city includes a sports stadium for football with Olympic specifications, 105 meters long and 68 meters long, with a capacity of 10,000 spectators, in addition to a special site for VIP visitors, and additional vehicles during the transitional period for the region’s favorite clubs in the first division league.
The gym
The indoor gym contains a swimming pool 25 meters long and 16 meters wide, a 5-lane bowling court, a jacuzzi and a sauna, in addition to a billiards hall, a table tennis hall, an athletics hall, basketball and volleyball courts, in addition to an events hall, two restaurants, administrative offices and parking.
