Completion of five academic years at the college leads to a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences (B.Pharm. Sc.) degree. The Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences program includes a period of practical training in hospital pharmacies, after which students are awarded the degree.

The College of Pharmacy at Najran University follows a semester-based system, dividing the academic year into two semesters, with the possibility of implementing a summer semester according to regulations followed in Saudi universities. The program begins with a preparatory year (two semesters), which serves as a transitional and preparatory stage between secondary and university education. This year focuses on preparing students to engage in college-level studies, emphasizing improvement of English language skills, as English is the language of instruction, and equipping students with essential academic skills.
