After praise be to ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon his faithful messenger, Mohamed:
It gives me great pleasure, in this opportunity, to extend my sincere thanks to His Excellency the University President, Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Khodairy, for bestowing this trust upon me by appointing me as Dean of this lofty institution (College of Arts and Sciences at Najran University).
Najran University has attained a prestigious international standing, thanks to ALLAH, then the unlimited support of the government leaders, may ALLAH protect them.
The College of Arts and Sciences was established in 1427 Hijri with five academic departments, to which additional departments were later added and then separated to become independent colleges.
The college enrolls more than 2,450 male and female students and offers eight academic programs, five of which are bachelor's programs and three master's programs. The College of Arts and Sciences at Najran is working to achieve all the university's ambitions, to become one of the leading universities locally, regionally, and internationally.
The college has worked diligently to continuously develop and improve its infrastructure, facilities, plans, and programs, achieving quality and excellence in the educational process to provide teaching and learning that meet the needs of society and the labor market, along with preparing more experts by enrolling them on scholarships to obtain master's and doctoral degrees.
To conclude, I would like to thank all my colleagues from the educational & administrative departments at the College of Arts and Sciences, Najran University, for their sincere efforts always to achieve our college's vision and mission.
