The Internship Unit is responsible for organizing and managing the internship phase for students expected to graduate. This includes preparing and implementing preparatory and training programs, coordinating with accredited training entities, and monitoring and evaluating interns’ performance according to approved standards that ensure the achievement of learning outcomes. The unit also works to fulfill academic accreditation requirements, enhance the governance of its operations, and issue internship certificates upon completion of training requirements, thereby contributing to the preparation of competent healthcare professionals capable of practicing effectively.
