• Preparing an annual preparatory program for the internship year for students expected to graduate.
• Preparing an annual preparatory program for standardized examinations.
• Setting training standards and designing evaluation tools.
• Developing training plans for interns in accordance with learning outcomes.
• Preparing official correspondence and coordinating with training institutions.
• Submitting financial incentive requests for interns after they commence training.
• Supervising and monitoring the evaluation of interns during training in coordination with relevant training entities.
• Submitting periodic reports on the progress of training.
• Accrediting training completion and issuing internship certificates upon the end of the training period.
• Ensuring compliance with academic accreditation standards in coordination with the College Development and Quality Deanship.
• Enhancing the governance of the Internship Unit’s operations.
• Performing any other tasks assigned to the unit.
