Procedure for Registering Skills and Courses in the Skills Record:

Log in to the university’s online portal using the student’s username (student ID) and password.

Select the “Student Skills Record” icon.

Agree to the terms and conditions for issuing the Skills Record.

Fill in the relevant data, including acquired courses and skills, in the designated fields. Upload the required documents in the specified area, then click Save.
The Skills Record Unit will verify the data and approve the record after validation. -
The student can print the Skills Record in both Arabic and English, officially approved by the university, at any time after graduation.

Training courses, participations, and volunteer work from outside the university will only be accepted if supported by an official administrative decision or a prior agreement with the university.
