Unit tasks - Deanship of Students Affairs
Tasks of the Training and Skills Development Unit:
- 
	Planning and implementing training programs that meet the needs of university students across various disciplines and academic levels. 
- 
	Receiving and reviewing training requests from individuals or departments inside and outside the university, and coordinating their implementation in accordance with approved policies. 
- 
	Preparing annual and semester-based training plans based on needs analysis and performance indicators. 
- 
	Ensuring training quality through evaluation and follow-up, and submitting procedural and financial reports after each session. 
- 
	Organizing technical and logistical support (e.g., preparing venues, digital platforms, designs, presentation tools, etc.). 
- 
	Documenting training programs and analyzing their outcomes to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement. 
- 
	Managing the financial aspects of training sessions, including disbursement of honoraria, documentation of invoices, and advances. 
- 
	Strengthening training partnerships with academic and community entities to enhance program quality and broaden the reach of benefits.
