Unit Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying the training capabilities within the college (who among the college staff is prepared and capable of providing training).
  2. Identifying the training needs of faculty members and administrative staff within the college.
  3. Organizing courses, workshops, lectures, and other activities that enhance the technical and practical skills of faculty members and administrative staff.
  4. Coordinating with the Deanship of Development and Quality regarding development and training within the university.
  5. Coordinating to attract external trainers to conduct courses, workshops, and lectures within the college.
  6. Coordinating the participation of faculty members and administrative staff in courses, workshops, and lectures both within and outside the university.
  7. Developing an annual plan for development and training within the college, reviewing and approving it by the College Council.
  8. Evaluating training courses and continuously improving them based on feedback from beneficiaries.
  9. Creating a database for development and training within the college.
  10. Providing electronic forms related to training and development for beneficiaries.
