  1. Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to new and enrolled students according to the various academic programs offered by the college.
  2. Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to faculty members across the college's departments.
  3. Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to college staff.
  4. Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to graduating students from the college.
  5. Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to the workshops organized by the college and providing reports on them.
  6. Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to the results of mid-term and final exams.
  7. Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to the college libraries, including available scientific books and book lending systems.
  8. Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to the classrooms and their suitability for the educational process.
  9. Collecting and analyzing data related to materials and equipment available in the college's labs.
  10. Collaborating with the Development and Quality Unit in collecting data related to the quality of academic programs.
  11. Contributing to the preparation of the college's annual report.
  12. Providing electronic forms related to the unit’s processes for beneficiaries.
  13. Carrying out any tasks assigned to the unit related to its responsibilities.
