- Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to graduating students from the department.
- Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to the workshops held by the department and preparing a report about them.
- Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to mid-term and final exam results.
- Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to libraries and the available scientific books, as well as the book borrowing systems.
- Collecting, classifying, and analyzing data related to classrooms and their suitability for the educational process.
- Collecting and analyzing data related to the materials and equipment available in the department's laboratories.
- Collaborating with the Development and Quality Unit in collecting data related to the quality of educational programs.
- Participating in the preparation of the department’s annual report.
- Providing electronic forms for beneficiaries related to the unit’s operations.
- Performing any tasks assigned to the unit.
