Tasks
- Coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs at the university to participate in various student activities and encourage students to engage.
- Participation in organizing events, conferences, and student activities specific to the college.
- Nominating students for participation in various cultural and scientific events both inside and outside the university.
- Motivating and encouraging outstanding students and encouraging participation in competitions.
- Announcing college and university activities at the beginning of each semester and submitting a performance report at the end of each semester.
- Contributing to organizing various sports matches in all sports competitions.
- Identifying and discovering students' talents and abilities.
- Organizing training and educational courses for students to develop their various skills.
- Organizing specialized scientific trips for students.
- Providing activities that help students manage their time and leisure effectively.
- Publishing news about student activities at the college and university level to serve the students' interests.
- Organizing open meetings for students in the department with the Head of the Department and the Dean of the College.
- Organizing the closing ceremony for student activities at the end of each academic year.
- Determining the budget allocated for student activities and preparing reports on expenditures.
- Measuring students' satisfaction with the activities and following up on their suggestions.
- Reporting on achievements at the end of each semester.
- Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the unit.
