Tasks
- Ensure the functionality of laboratories, classrooms, and all devices at the beginning of each semester.
- Verify the availability of maintenance plans for laboratories, equipment, and software.
- Ensure periodic maintenance and cleanliness of laboratories and classrooms.
- Coordinate with the Scheduling Unit regarding the scheduling of lectures in the laboratories.
- Provide a monthly report to the Head of the Department on all activities in the laboratories and classrooms, including necessary repairs or modifications.
- Supervise the availability of security and safety procedures in the laboratories and classrooms before classes begin and provide a report to the Head of the Department.
- Raise awareness and prepare and distribute safety guides for students on safety measures for various risks at the beginning of each semester, and monitor the implementation of safety protocols in the college's laboratories.
- Ensure that safety and security signs are prominently displayed in each laboratory and classroom, along with emergency phone numbers.
- Conduct an annual inventory of the equipment in the laboratories.
- Prepare periodic reports on the condition of the laboratories in general and work on their development.
